Procedure/Surgery : Acupuncture treatment is conducted 4 times with 12 hours intervals. Siguan acupoints consist of bilateral LI4 and LR3. The depth of real needle insertion is 1cm and needle is manip

Exclusion criteria: participants having gastrointestianl disease, functional constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, smoker.
