Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients ungergoing spine fusion surgery above 2 levels in our institution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency 2. left or right ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction < 40%) 3. PaO2 / FiO2 ratio < 300 in preoperative evaluation with ABGA 4. Re-operation due to surgical bleeding 5. Preoperative hepatic or renal dysfunction 6. Preoperative dermatologic disease which interrupts non-invasive cardiac output monitoring patch attachment
