Drug, Dietary Supplement : Picosulfate - The day before colonoscopy, patients have breakfast, lunch and dinner(16:00 )as low residue diet - The day before colonoscopy, patients take Bisacodyl 2tablets

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admitted for colonoscopy examination and agreed with this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who is suspected or confirmed with active enteritis, intestinal bleeding or intestinal obstruction. 2. Who are pregnant or breast-feeding 3. Who have history of liver disease, renal disease, liver or renal dysfunction 4. Drug hypersensitivity 5. Congestive heart failure 6. Previous history of colorectal surgery or abdominal surgery with recent 6 months 7. Peptic ulcer 8. Toxic colitis or Toxic megacolon 9. Who have nausea or vomiting 10. Acute abdomen 11. Who take a medicine such as diuretics, steroids or lithium 12. Phenylketonuria 13. Who have a risk of moderate dehydtation(rhadomyolysis, hypermagnesemia, ascites, etc) 14. Intestinal obstruction or perforation
