Medical Device : During induction of anesthesia for thyroidectomy, flexible LMA is used during surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Thyroidectomy 2) American society of anesthesiologist physical class I, II 3) Age 19-70 4) informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) improper for the insertion of LMA (GE reflux disease, BMI > 30 kg/m2) 2) Previous history of operation of neck, pharynx, larynx 3) Previous history of dysphagiam cough 4) History of double lumen endotracheal intubation 5) Patients with difficult intubation, repeated intubation
