Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who needed the use of preoperative cephalosporins.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have history of allergic reaction to beta lactam antibiotics previously or any skin disease including dermographism, antihistamine user and pregnant women were excluded from this study.
