Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in this study are adults aged 30-59 who have been identified with obesity after completing health examinations at one of 2 regional branch medical facilities of the Korea Association of Health Promotion in Korea in 2012(Western Seoul and Gangnam branch). Obesity is defined the following three conditions: (1) BMI(body mass index) =25kg/m2 ; (2) waist circumference >90cm for men or >85cm for women; (3) Body fat percentqage > 25% for men or 33% for women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the study are: being on medication for weight control; and not providing signed consent form for participation in the study.
