Procedure/Surgery : During thyroidectomy, the endotracheal cuff pressure is maintained about 25cmH2O with accurate manometer.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy American Society of Anesthesiologist I-II aged 19-70 yr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previsou pharyngeal or laryngeal surgery Previous sore throat, chronic cough Previous double lumen endotracheal intubation Previous or anticipated difficult intubation
