Others : Regular feedback of the personal adenoma detection rate per 50 diagnostic colonoscopies After 150 colonoscopies, each arm will be re-assigned across each other (cross-over design).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the trainee endoscopists ? The endoscopists under the fellow-training program of the each institution ? The trainee endoscopists who underwent the orientation for the common colonoscopy report form for the study ? The trainee endoscopist who is skillful enough to be assigned for the independent colonoscopy session without obligatory supervision. ? The trainee endoscopist who understood the aim and the protocol of the study and agreed it B) Inclusion crieteria for the colonoscopy results ? All diagnostic colonoscopies for the adults between 19 and 80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Excusion criterior for the trainee endoscopist ? The trainee endoscopist who has serious limitations of the colonoscopy technique and knowledge under judgment of the investigator in each institution. B) Inclusion crieteria for the colonoscopy results ? Any emergent colonoscopy ? The colonoscopy to confirm colorectal cancers alleged by referring endoscopists or radiologic studies ? The colonoscopy to remove the alleged or known colorectal polyps ? The colonoscopy for the patients who underwent large bowel resection surgury ? The incomplete colonoscopy due to the benign or malignant colonic obstruction
