Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participants are between 20 to 27 years old in male - The person who did the self questionnaires on the musculoskeletal condition and agreed with the clinical trial - College students who is not suffer from a chronic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - If they have a clinical history related to musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disorders - If they have a scar on thigh - Overweight and underweight students - Within one week of clinical trial who exercised strenuously - The person who is dieting or weight training
