Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of ASA physical status I or II, aged 18-50 years old, and who are scheduled to undergo elective robotically assisted thyroidectomy or conventional thyroidectomysurgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: : morbod obse patient with body mass index > 40 kg/m2 : patients with a current ophthalmic disease (glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataract, or retinal detachment) : patients with past medical history of ophthalmic surgery : patients with intra-ocular pressure > 30 mmHg (preoperative baseline value)
