Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: surgical patients of ASA physical status I or II, aged 18-70 years old, and who were scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with loose upper incisors, airway pathology, gross anatomical abnormalities, body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2, or any history of difficult intubation
