Drug : a. standard triple therapy: standard dose of PPI (omeprazole 20 mg, lansoprazole 30 mg, pantoprazole 40 mg, rabeprazole 20 mg, esomeprazole 20 mg), amoxicillin 1.0 g, clarithromycin 500 mg bid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. H. pylori positive peptic ulcers including scar 2. H. pylori positive low grade mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (B cell type) of stomach 3. H. pylori positive early gastric adenocarcinoma after endoscopic resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of H. pylori eradiation 2. Severe hepatopathy, nephropathy, cardiac diseases, lung diseases and other systemic diseases 3. Pregnant patients and a possiblity of pregnancy during study period 4. When investigators decided that the patients are inadequate for this study
