Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: *Patients with COPD 1. Out-patient Men or Women >40 years of age 2. Current or previous smoker with a history of smoking equivalent to 20 or more pack years. 3. FEV1/FVC40 years of age 2. Current or previous smoker with a history of smoking equivalent to 20 or more pack years. 3.Normal Pulmonary Function Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Physician-diagnosed asthma 2. Tuberculous destroyed lung 3. Bronchiectasia 4. Pneumonectomy 5. Other diseases like cancers, heart failure.
