Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patinets having high-risk of cerebral hemorrage proved by past history of cerebral hemorrhage or multiple microbleeds on MRI among acute stroke patients who were admitted in 4 hostpitals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute stroke patients with cardioembolic source or patients within 6 months of life expectancy
