Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic stroke survivor on clopidogrel therapy - Patients who survived a first ischemic stroke were exposed to clopidogrel in Hallym university Sacred Heart Hospital - Patients who continuously taken clopidogrel for secondary prevention of stroke 2. CYP2C19 genotyping - Patients who underwent CYP2C19 genotyping. 3. Informed consent
