Interventions

Medical Device : Experimental group (EG) received 5Hz high-frequency rTMS on contra-lesional swallowing motor cortex for 10 minutes. Intensity of stimulation was set as 90% of resting motor threshold.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke (ICH or cerebral infarction) - limited to unilateral supratentorial lesion 2. at least 1 month after stroke onset 3. swallowing difficulty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intracranial metal 2. pacemaker 3. seizure history
