Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult elective mitral valve repair surgery patients due to sever mitral stenosis with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pericardial and infiltrative myocardial disease prosthetic mitral valves, left ventricular regional wall motion abnormality ejection fraction < 40% contraindications for appying TEE (esophageal lesion, diaphragmatic hearnia, uper GI bleeding)
