Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Non-menopausal women age 40 or older 2) women who had over 2 times regular sexual intercourse past 6 months 3) women agreed to undergo excision of vaginal tissue and answered female sexual function index questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) menopausal women 2) women had undergone hysterectomy, oophorectomy or vaginal surgery 3) women undergone estrogen therapy 4) cystocele, more than grade 2 5) DM 6) depression, antipsychotic drug users, and other disease which impact on sexual function
