Procedure/Surgery : All patients were given 3 consecutive sympathetic ganglion blocks every 2 weeks Group A: 0.5% bupivacaine 5ml Group B: 0.5% bupivacaine 4.5ml + 20mg of triamcinolone 0.5ml Group C:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lymphedema patients - Circumference difference = 2cm - Lymphoscintigraphy: lymphatic obstruction Breast cancer related lymphedema Age = 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to stellate ganglion block - Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics Primary lymphedema
