Inclusion criteria: 1) within 3 hours after onset stroke 2) > 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) not eligible for tPA thrombolysis according to NINDS criteria 2) Intraartery or intra artery with intravenous thrombolysis 3) other thrombolysis (urokinase, abxicimab, argatroban)
