Inclusion criteria: A. Ischemic stroke within 7 days after onset of symptom b. ischemic lesion in Diffusion MIR or T2 MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. No informed consent B. patients who had been enrolled in other cogntive study
