Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical patients, aged 18?70 years, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II and scheduled to undergo open gatrectomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status more than II, known cardiovascular disease, taking drugs with known cardiovascular activity, and electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities including sinus bradycardia or tachycardia
