Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will prospectively evaluate patients with performing ESD due to gastric adenoma or cancer at Asan Medical Center and performing second-look endoscopy before discharge after July, 2011.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Not including indication for ESD 2) Patient refusal 3) Suspected perforation during ESD 4) Bleeding before second-look endoscopy 5) Bleeding during second-look endoscopy 6) No exposed vessel during second-look endoscopy
