Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: liver transplant recipients with a systemic vascular resistance index < 1700 dyne·s·cm-5·m-2, pulmonary vascular resistance index < 150 dyne·s·cm-5·m-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of angina or myocardial infarction evidence of cardiac decompensation severe hemodynamic instability preoperative vasopressor administration primary renal dysfunction or hepatorenal syndrome retransplantation
