Inclusion criteria: off-pump coronary artery bypass patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Urgency or emergency case 2)Reduced left ventricular function (LV ejection fraction < 50%) 3)Preoperative dysrhythmia 4)Patient age < 18 yrs 5)Re-operation 6)Preoperative coagulation disorder 7)Preoperative hemoglobin < 10 g/dl 8)Severe hepatic disease 9)Severe renal disease
