Procedure/Surgery : Group 1- Place a catheter around the femoral nerve in the anterior thigh. Continuously infuse(5ml/hr)250cc of analgegic agent(0.75% ropivacane 66cc +0.9% normal saline 184cc)over 4

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with informed consent on this study, among those who are planned to undergo total knee arthrooplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major pshchiatric disorder, dependency to analgegics, history of allergic reaction to any drugs used in this study, renal or liver function abnormality, major cardiovascular disease.
