Procedure/Surgery : We would like to compare the effect and usefulness of cold snare polypectomy with hot snare polypectomy by confirming biopsy results that performed in margin of polypectomy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 19 to 75 years old male or female 5mm to 8mm sized sessile colon polyps Person that agree to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who take aspirin, anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents Coagulopathy Thrombocytopenia Colon polyps more than 10mm or less than 5mm in size Patients who already participate in other clinical studies Patients who thought to be inappropriate in this study
