Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a consecutive series of patients with acute ischemic stroke, who were hospitalized within 24 hours from onset, were identified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who had less than 9 times BP data and no cerebral vessel image were excluded.
