Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive series of stroke patients were selected who were hospitalized within 7 dayss from stroke onset and confirmed the ischemic lesion at diffusion weighted magnetic resonance image.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient without BP data at 3 month or follow up loss at 1 year after index event
