Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were presented within 24 hours from symptom onset and had relevant lesions on diffusion weighted image (DWI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not undergo MR angiography (MRA) to evaluate cerebral vascular status and did not assessed the funtional status at discharge were excluded.
