Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy for rotator cuff tear 2) ASA I-II patients, aged 18-70) informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) allergies to study medications, 2) history of chronic opioid use, 3) preoperative peripheral neuropathy 4) refusal to regional anesthesia
