Medical Device : acupoint: Neiyangxiang(ExHN 9) Acupuncture depth: extra point(Neiyangxiang)-after stimulating nasal membrane with 0.30mm X 120mm, patients will remain in a supine position for 15 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 8 years of age or older ? 3 months or more continuous nasal symptoms ? Negative results of allergy tests (MAST test, serum IgE) ? normal sinus on X-ray findings ? Eosinophil count within normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? nssal surgery ? nasal polyp ? psychiatric disorders ? drug addiction ? autoimmune disease ? in case of prohibition using acupuncture treatment such as pregnancy or clotting disorders ? participants are ineligible if they have experienced acupuncture treatment or western medical treatment for rhinitis within one month ? taking cold medicine within two weeks prior to registration or taking cold medicine during the trial ? who treat gastritis, gastric ulcer (using H2 blocker antiacid) ? who have plans to participate in another clinical trial during this clinical trials or who participated in another clinical trial within six months ? who are not willing to not comply with this study protocol
