Procedure/Surgery : In bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome patient, we will treated different local anesthesic injection right and left hand. We also randonmized the site of injection type and of earlier

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary bilaterl carpal tunnel syndrome patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major psychiatric disease(depression, bipolar disoreder etc), adverse effect to lidocaine, Renal or liver problem, Heart disease, arm with AVF, previous surgery on wrist, recurred carpal tunnel syndrome
