Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 19-65 yrs undergoing shoulder arthroscopy under general anesthesia ASA I-II class informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) coagulopathy 2) BMI > 30 kg/m2 3) history of allergy with local anesthesia 4) GI disease 5) cardiopulmonary disease 6) menstruation 7) history of motion sickness or postop emesis 8) antiemetic administration 24h before surgery 9) opioid, steroid, NASID and antipsychotic abuse
