Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : We will divide randomly into two groups whether or not second-look endoscopy after ESD. Therefore we will evaluate usefulness of second-look endoscopy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastric epithelial neoplasias which undergo endoscopic submucosal dissection e.g. Low grade dysplasia High grade dypslasia Early gastric cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot undergo gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection due to ulcer 2. Patients who cannot undergo gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection due to ulcer scar 3. Patients with psychiatric problem 4. Breast feeding female or pregnant women 5. Patients registered different clinical trial within 30 days
