Others : Participans conduct qigong 5 times/week for 8 weeks. Two times per week, they conduct qigong with investigator in clinical trial center, and the other 3 times/week, they have to conduct qigon

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 19-65 years old male and female 2. pre and stage 1 hypertension based on JNC7. (SBP: 120-159mmHg. or DBP 80-99mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients taking prescription or OTC medication or Herb/supplement to control hypertension. 2. Secondary hypertension 3. Having cardiovascular disease. 4. Malignant tumor 5. Diabetes using insulin. 6. Having kidney or liver or thyroid disease 7. Having contagious disease 8. Getting steroid or immunosupression treatment. 9. Taking drug affect blood pressure including an oral contraceptive, neurodepressive or a stimulant.
