Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with histories of previous neck surgery, right internal carotid artery catheterization,history of pulmonary disease and hypotension at induction of anesthesia were excluded.
