Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: people who have chronic symtoms such as dyspnea, cough, wheezing sound or sputum for more than 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who have one or more comorbidity causing death or other disorder during study period 2) Subjects who have severe disease influencing to result of PFT or CT 3) Subjects who have had respiratory disease, COPD exacerbation or common cold in recent 8 weeks 4) Subjects who is impossible to stop taking medicine because of severe COPD
