Drug : Intervention 1 : Avelox (moxifloxacin) 400mg qd IV for 5 days, bowel rest for 3 days INtervention 2 : No bowel rest, tolerable diet, Avelox(moxifloxacin) 400mg PO qd for 5 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 year or more than 18 years old Right colonic diverticulitis in CT or sonography Non complicated type : There are no abscess, fistula No inflammatory bowel disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: under 18 years old transeverse ,left colonic or sigmoid diverticulitis Complicated diverticulitis such as abscess or fistula when diverticulitis need operation Inflammatory bowel disease
