Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 or more than 18 years old Equivocal appdendicitis in sonography or CT finding appdiceal diameter : below 10mm mild wall thickenss or increased color flow No perforation No abscess

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: below 18 years old not equivocal appendicitis in sonography or CT findings appendiceal diameter : more than 10mm appendicolith suspected perforation suspected abscess
