Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing craniotomy surgery 2. age older than 21 3. written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. do not have written informed consent 2. emergency operation 3. do not understand pain scoring 4. pregnant women 5. hypersensitivity to drugs 6. intubated state in ICU 7. bleeding or reoperation 8. body weight less than 50 kg 9. chronic narcotic medication patients
