Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing transsphenoidal surgery 2. age older than 21 3. written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. do not have written informed consent 2. emergency operation 3. do not understand pain scoring 4. pregnant women 5. hypersensitivity to drugs 6. intubated state in ICU 7. bleeding or reoperation
