Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastric cancer patient confirmed from endoscopic biopsy Early gastric cancer or Advanced gastric cancer confined to proper muscle layer without suspected metastatic lymphnode on preoperative work up Excluded from indication of endoscopic submucosal dissection Possible distal gastrectomy: the lesion located in the distal half of stomach

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy Inflammatory bowel disease Chronic renal disease, chronic liver disease, cardiopulmonary failure Diabetes with complication Ongoing anticholinergics medication for underlying disease ASA score III or more ECOG grade 3 or more
