Interventions

Drug : After single injection of placebo (1% ????, 5cc) or trimamcinolone acetonide 40mg into subacromial bursa, treatment efficacy were evaluated for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke onset, (2) periarticular shoulder disorders diagnsed clinically and ultrasonographically, (3) MMSE score, over 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Current adhesive capsulitis, (2) rhematoid arthritis, (3) complex regional pain syndroem, fracture, (4) previous history of steroid injection within 3 months, (5) severe aphasia, (6) shoulder pain onset before storke.
