Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with ECA surgery in SMC - 20 YA ~ 70 YA - Pathologically stage I ~ II - Complete resection - Mainly PO intake after discharge - Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Serious complication (hospitalization over 30 days) - Jejunostomy assistance - Additional procedure in thorax or abdomen (eg. cardiectomy) - unsuitable by other cause for research
