Interventions

Drug : We try to find rocuronium dose for intubation within 60 s after loss of consciousness, when combined with remifentanil 2 ?/kg and propofol 2 mg/kg IV.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status ?-? adult patients, aged 18-65 yr, scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: expected difficult airway(Mallampati grade 3,4), BMI = 30 kg/m2, patients with G-E reflux, patients with drugs affecting neuromuscular transmission
