Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age: 25-34 years old 2. oligomenorrhea: menstrual cycle>35days, less than 10 menstrual cycle/year 3. Hyperandrogenenmia: total T >65ng/dL, calculated free T >0.86ng/dL 4. normal prolactin level 5. no drugs users( hormone drug, insulin sensitizing drug, weight control drug, antihypertensive drugs) within three months of testing 6. other standards set by steering committee
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hyperprolactinemia 2. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia 3. Cushinng sybdrome 4. Other endocrine disorder which caused hyperandrogenism 5. androgen-secreting tumors 6. drugs users( hormone drug, insulin sensitizing drug, weight control drug, antihypertensive drugs) within three months of testing 7. other standards set by steering committee
