Drug : Anesthesia induction with propofol 1 mg/kg IV. After confirming loss of consciousness, predetermined dose of remifentanil infused. Remifentanil dose starts from 0.5 mcg/kg, decrease or increase

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: older than 65 yr ASA class 1,2 patients scheduled for elective operation under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with anticipated difficult airway (Mallampati score of 3 or more)
