Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: naive patients with chronic hepatitis B who received 0.5mg entecavir once daily more than 12 months from Ajou University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had hepatocellular carcinoma on presentation or other concomitant disease including hepatitis C, autoimmune hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease were excluded
