Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was performed in patients with type 2 diabetes attending a diabetes clinic of kangwon national university hospital in chuncheon, South Korea. we recruit patients with type 2 diabetes without chronic complication at the time of registry.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if any one of the following conditions was present:diabetic retinopathy, albuminuria, cadiovascular disease
